The launch and training meeting of the institutional process system of Ningxia Dadi Group was successfully held

To ensure the integrity, standardization, and systematicity of the institutional process system of Ningxia Dadi Group Company, unify the standardization system standards of the entire group’s institutional process, and comprehensively optimize the group’s management mechanism, on the afternoon of December 12, 2025, the group headquarters organized a “Group Institutional Process System Launch and Training Meeting” in the conference room on the ninth floor of the headquarters.

Clarify goals and determine the direction of system construction

At the beginning of the meeting, the assistant to the chairman introduced the goal of streamlining the group’s institutional process system in 2026. The review of the institutional process system across the entire group is not simply a summary of various management systems, but should be guided by “standardization, normalization, and efficiency”, breaking down departmental barriers, clarifying functional boundaries, unifying the standards for the preparation of institutional systems, and solving the problems of inconsistent standards and unclear levels in the current institutional processes. It provides a solid institutional framework to implement the group’s strategic planning and develop various businesses, achieving a good situation of “using systems to guide, manage, and evaluate” and effectively promoting the high-quality development of enterprises.

Promote new regulations and establish a solid foundation for institutional management

Subsequently, the meeting focused on promoting the “Regulations on System Management” at the group level, clarifying that the group headquarters’ management system and its subsidiaries are divided into four levels: regulations, systems, detailed rules (processes), and operational norms. The proposal to streamline the group headquarters and its subsidiaries’ systems at all levels should start with full lifecycle management requirements for system formulation, approval, release, revision, and abolition. The core provisions of the regulations were interpreted one by one, and the responsibilities of the standardization system team and each department in the system management regulations were clarified, emphasizing the seriousness and execution of the system. This promotion has enabled all attendees to have a clear understanding of the specific requirements and standards of institutional management, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent writing and implementation of institutional processes.

Professional training to strengthen practical execution ability

To ensure the standardization and professionalism of the system process writing, the meeting specially set up a system training session. The assistant to the chairman provided a detailed explanation of the system’s structural framework, core elements, language, layout design, and other aspects, based on actual cases from the group’s past systems. He focused on analyzing common problems and misunderstandings in the writing process and put forward specific writing requirements: firstly, the content should be in line with the actual business situation and have operability; Secondly, the logic should be clear and rigorous, the terms should be clear and specific, and there should be no conflicts at the boundary points of the system; Thirdly, the format should be unified and standardized, in line with the requirements of the group’s institutional management. The easy-to-understand explanation benefited the attendees greatly and effectively enhanced their professional writing skills in drafting institutional processes within the group.

Build a team and consolidate the synergy of system construction

To promote the efficient construction of the group’s institutional process system, the meeting identified the team members for the group’s institutional system. The team will undertake key tasks such as system sorting, optimization, revision, promotion and execution, ensuring the unity and integrity of the system process. Team members have expressed their full commitment to the overall institutional system construction of the group, taking the initiative to standardize the group’s institutional process system.

Clear nodes ensure the timeliness of system construction

To ensure the orderly progress and timely implementation of the institutional process system construction, the meeting further clarified the work nodes and submission time requirements for each stage. From the initiation of the institutional system through the preparation or optimization of the initial draft to the review, revision, and implementation, clear completion deadlines have been set for each stage, and corresponding responsible parties have been identified, forming a “task to person, deadline to day” promotion mechanism. At the end of the meeting, a Q&A session was set up. The attendees raised questions on-site regarding the core provisions of the system management regulations, requirements for writing systems at various levels, and process connections. The assistant to the chairman patiently and meticulously answered each question, further clarifying the work ideas and clearing potential obstacles in the process of implementing the system. The lively on-site communication effectively addressed participants’ practical confusion and provided strong support for the smooth progress of subsequent institutional processes.        

The successful convening of the “Group System Process System Launch and Training Conference” marks a new stage in the standardized construction of Ningxia Dadi Group’s institutional process system. Through a series of measures such as clarifying goals, promoting new regulations, providing professional training, forming teams, and addressing questions and doubts, not only has the idea been unified and a consensus reached, but also the awareness and professional ability of the team system and process system construction have been enhanced.

The comprehensive review of the institutional process system at the group level is a key and difficult task for Dadi Group in 2026. Starting from this kick-off meeting, we will continue to promote the optimization and improvement of the institutional process system, and effectively achieve the goal of “using institutional guidance, institutional management, and institutional evaluation”, empowering the development of various businesses of Dadi Group with standardized institutional processes, and providing solid guarantees for the long-term large-scale development of Dadi Group!
