Dadi Group carries out joint supervision and inspection of safety and environmental protection

On the morning of December 18, 2025, all members of the pre-holiday safety and environmental protection joint supervision group held a “pre holiday safety and environmental protection supervision and inspection deployment kickoff meeting” at the chemical sector office building, clarifying the group’s members and responsibilities. The deployment kickoff meeting clarified the inspection objectives of the joint supervision team, divided supervision responsibilities by team members’ specialties, and launched the “Joint Supervision and Inspection Plan”. The core content and inspection results of the supervision were reviewed item by item.

The team leader and deputy team leader put forward specific requirements and precautions for this joint supervision and inspection, and proposed that each department can adopt cross supervision, fully utilizing the professional expertise of the members of the joint supervision team, identifying the safety and environmental hazards and risk control points of each department (subsidiary) company, and implementing responsibilities at all levels.

Four Major Inspection Methods: Rigorous and Thorough

1. Hear Reports: Convene a joint supervision and inspection kick-off meeting to hear special reports from the inspected units on the implementation of safety and environmental protection work, as well as the results of pre-holiday self-inspections and rectifications of potential hazards;
2. Review Records: Verify safety and environmental protection target responsibility agreements, management systems, hazard identification records, safety training files, minutes of Safety Committee meetings and regular safety meetings, emergency drill materials, etc., to ensure process compliance and complete documentation;
3. On-site inspections: Conduct comprehensive, thorough on-site inspections of key areas such as production workshops, storage areas, environmental treatment facilities, and office spaces;
4. Random interviews: Randomly select on-site managers and front-line workshop employees to inquire about their understanding of safety and environmental protection knowledge and the fulfillment of their job responsibilities, verifying the effectiveness of implementation.

Comprehensive Safety Oversight Across 11 Dimensions

This inspection focuses on core aspects of safety and environmental protection, covering all management dimensions:
  1. Safety Policies and Documentation Management: Revision of policies and documentation, safety management ledgers;
  2. Production Safety: Implementation of operating procedures, control of hazardous operations, identification and rectification of potential hazards, etc.;
  3. Environmental Protection: Discharge of wastewater and exhaust gases, operation of environmental protection facilities, disposal of hazardous waste, etc.;
  4. Instrumentation: Compliance of electrical circuits, operational status of instruments, effectiveness of grounding protection, etc.;
  5. Electrical and Instrumentation: Instrument calibration, metrological inspections, equipment standards, circuit operation, electrical safety;
  6. Equipment Management: Equipment maintenance and servicing, completeness of operational records, etc.;
  7. Special Equipment: Inspection records for special equipment, operational management of special equipment, daily inspection records;
  8. Process: Production processes and operating procedures, quality standards for raw and auxiliary materials, knowledge of process methods;
  9. Fire Safety: Configuration of fire safety facilities, unobstructed fire exits, emergency lighting and evacuation signage, theoretical knowledge of fire emergency response;
  10. Occupational Health: Provision of personal protective equipment (PPE), monitoring of occupational hazards, implementation of health training;
  11. Contractor Management: Qualification review of subcontractors, signing of safety agreements, supervision of on-site operations.

Rectification and Evaluation: Closed-Loop Management and Strict Accountability

  • On-Site Feedback: Upon completion of the inspection, the inspection team will immediately provide feedback to the inspected entity, clearly outlining the identified hazards, their categories, the basis for rectification, rectification requirements, and the deadline for completion.
  • Timely Rectification: The inspected unit must address the issues listed in the report by specifying completion deadlines and corrective measures, and implementing closed-loop management. For issues that cannot be resolved immediately, the unit must provide a rationale, designate a responsible person for implementation, and outline a progress plan.
  • Follow-up and Implementation: The inspection team will monitor the rectification process throughout to ensure that issues are fully resolved without compromise.
