As the new year begins, everything is renewed. To standardize the training management system, enhance new employees’ understanding and awareness of the company, and help them quickly integrate into the organization and familiarize themselves with its business operations, the company headquarters successfully held its first new-employee training session of 2026 on January 5, 2026. With the goal of “Laying a Solid Foundation and Empowering Growth,” the training was hosted by Feng Xu, Assistant to the Chairman, and led by instructors from the Human Resources Department and the Chairman’s Office. It served as the “first lesson” for new employees to get to know Dadi and establish a strong foundation within the company.
The training consisted of five agenda items: an introduction to the company’s background, corporate culture, and development history; an overview of the company’s core philosophy, the “Three Disciplines and Eight Points of Attention,” and Dadi’s cultural values; an explanation of the company’s organizational structure and management model; an interpretation of key provisions in the headquarters’ general management regulations; and a review of the company’s fundamental principles and safety education.
At the outset of the training, the Assistant to the Chairman introduced the new employees to Dadi Company from every angle, beginning with a heartfelt message from the Chairman. Through vivid explanations, the new employees gained a deep appreciation for the company’s rich heritage and robust capabilities—from its 24-year journey of perseverance through challenges to its multi-sector operational scale and industrial layout; from its widely recognized product excellence and accolades to its circular economy industrial chain spanning the entire supply chain.
Subsequently, the Chairman’s Assistant provided a detailed interpretation of the company’s core principles: “Upholding morality and working diligently” forms the spiritual foundation of Dadi employees; “Innovative development, circular development, green development, and efficient development” constitute the company’s development philosophy; “Managing people through systems and managing affairs through processes” is the fundamental principle of standardized corporate management; “The Three Disciplines and Eight Points of Attention” represent Dadi Company’s red lines and bottom lines; and “The Twenty Principles of Dadi Culture” embody the company’s corporate culture. Finally, through clear organizational charts and management control diagrams, new employees gained a clear understanding of each department’s responsibilities at headquarters and the management control models for sectoral (subsidiary) companies, laying a solid foundation for their future roles.
During the session explaining key provisions of the general policies, the Human Resources representative focused on the core issues most concerning new employees. They provided a detailed interpretation of key matters, including the onboarding process, probationary evaluation criteria, attendance management regulations, and key points of employment contracts. By analyzing policy details through real-life case studies, they ensured everyone gained a clear understanding of the important clauses in the HR policies, effectively eliminating confusion regarding policy implementation after joining the company. At the conclusion of the training, a representative from the President’s Office delivered a presentation covering two key dimensions: “Code of Conduct” and “Safety Education.”
They systematically explained the behavioral standards and professional etiquette outlined in the Company Employee Code of Conduct, helping new employees establish a positive professional image. Additionally, they provided a detailed explanation of safety education content at all levels, emphasizing the “safety first” principle to build a strong foundation for workplace safety among new employees. This training was not merely a transfer of knowledge and policies, but also a connection of culture and spirit.
In 2026, Dadi Company will continue to deepen and strengthen its training management efforts. In addition to enhancing new employee training, the company will select outstanding internal trainers from within the organization to form a dedicated team and establish the “Dadi Academy.” The goal is to cultivate elite talent across all business lines. We are confident that Dadi’s employees, deeply rooted in Dadi’s culture and passionate about professional development, will join hands with Dadi Company to march toward a new future characterized by “innovation, circularity, sustainability, and efficiency”!
