In the textile printing and dyeing industry, PVA2688 is the core raw material for high-end warp sizing of high-end fabrics. Specially suitable for sizing ultra-high count high-density yarns (such as high count cotton, silk blended yarn), high-performance synthetic fibers (such as polyester filament, nylon filament), and heavy-duty high-end fabrics (such as high-end denim, canvas, industrial filter cloth).
PVA 2688 Used For Paper Industry
In the paper industry,it is suitable for producing specialty paper and heavy-duty packaging paper. As a surface adhesive, it can be coated on the surface of high-end office paper, copperplate paper, and high-strength kraft paper to form a dense protective film, which can improve the surface strength, water resistance, smoothness, and stiffness of the paper, reduce hair loss and powder loss during high-speed printing, and improve the clarity and aesthetics of printing.
As an internal sizing agent, it is added to the pulp of heavy-duty packaging cardboard and honeycomb cardboard, thereby enhancing the bonding force between paper fibers, making the paper tougher and more resistant to folding, and improving the load-bearing capacity and damage resistance of the cardboard.

In the construction and building materials industry, it is mainly used in dry-mixed mortar, including ultra-thick self-leveling mortar, adhesive for large rock slab tiles, high-end exterior wall waterproof putty, and bonding mortar for insulation integrated boards. Its high viscosity and excellent water retention performance effectively improve the bonding strength between mortar and substrate, prevent hollowing, peeling, and cracking of building materials, enhance the water resistance and weather resistance of mortar and putty, and are suitable for large industrial decoration, high-rise building exterior walls, kitchens, bathrooms, and other humid environments.
