PVA 100-13 Application
PVA 100-13 is a low-viscosity, fully hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol grade. It has high purity, excellent water solubility, outstanding fluidity, and uniform fine film-forming performance.
Used for emulsifiers
PVA 100-13 is an effective protective colloid and stabilizer for lotions such as PVAC and acrylic acid. It can stably control the viscosity and system uniformity of the lotion and improve the flexibility, compactness, and water resistance of the dry lotion film.
Used for paper industry
PVA 100-13 is used as a high-performance surface sizing agent and coating adhesive for chemical paper, coated paper, and thin packaging paper. It forms a dense, flat protective film on the paper surface, effectively improving surface strength, smoothness, and stiffness. It reduces fiber fuzzing and powder shedding, optimizes ink absorption uniformity, and significantly improves printing clarity and overall surface treatment quality.
Used for textile wrap sizing
It forms a smooth, uniform protective film on the surface of the yarn, enhancing tensile strength and wear resistance and reducing breakage during the weaving process. It has moderate permeability and excellent desizing performance, leaving no residual film and not negatively impacting subsequent dyeing, printing, and finishing processes.
Used for coatings and industrial dispersants
PVA 100-13 has excellent surface activity and uniform dispersion ability, making it an effective dispersant and auxiliary film-forming agent for water-based coatings and printing pastes. It effectively reduces the surface tension of particles, prevents the agglomeration and precipitation of pigments and fillers, improves suspension stability and structural uniformity, and optimizes the overall surface smoothness of the coating.
