PVA 100-32

PVA 100-32 is an intermediate hydrolyzed, fully hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol product with high water solubility and other characteristics. It is widely used in lotion polymerization, textile sizing, paper making, water-based adhesives, industrial coatings and other industries.

• Lotion polymerization: PVA100-32’s low viscosity and superior fluidity stabilize lotion viscosity and particle uniformity, ensure uniform encapsulation of monomer particles, and effectively prevent condensation, stratification and precipitation during production and long-term storage.
• Textile warp sizing: It forms a uniform, wear-resistant protective film on the surface of the yarn, enhancing tensile strength and weaving stability while reducing breakage and lint loss, and does not interfere with subsequent dyeing and finishing processes.
• Paper industry: It is widely used as a surface sizing agent and coating adhesive for paper. It forms a compact, flat surface film to improve the strength, rigidity, and smoothness of the paper surface. It can optimize the uniformity of ink absorption, significantly improving printing clarity and overall surface smoothness.
• Adhesive: As a high-purity core material for environmentally friendly adhesives, it is suitable for bonding general adhesives, stationery adhesives, and lightweight composite materials.
