PVA 2488 Used For Textile Industry
PVA 2488 suitable for high-count and high-density yarns, synthetic fibers, heavy-duty fabrics, and high-speed weaving, it is the core material for high-end warp sizing in textile pretreatment, solving the problem of yarn breakage and wear in high-demand weaving with ordinary PVA.
High end warp yarn sizing: used for sizing heavy-duty fabrics such as cotton and linen high count yarn, polyester/nylon filament, canvas/denim, etc., forming a more wear-resistant and tough dense film on the surface of the yarn, protecting the yarn from breakage and fuzzing during high-speed weaving, and greatly improving weaving efficiency.
High-precision printing paste: Mix high-end textile printing pigments to improve their stability and leveling, making printed patterns clearer and edges more regular, suitable for fine printing in home textiles and high-end clothing.
PVA 2488 Used For Paper Industry
Surface Glue: Used for copperplate paper, lightly coated paper, high-end office paper, kraft paper/corrugated paper, to form a dense film on the surface of the paper, improve the surface strength, water resistance, smoothness, and stiffness of the paper, reduce hair and powder shedding in high-speed printing, and enhance printing clarity.
Internal glue application: added to high-end pulp and heavy-duty packaging paperboard pulp to enhance the bonding strength between paper fibers, making the paper/paperboard stronger and more durable, suitable for the production of honeycomb paperboard and heavy-duty packaging paperboard, and improving the load-bearing and damage resistance of the paperboard.
Special paper bonding: used in the production of thermal paper, release paper, and high-end decorative paper, as a bonding agent to enhance the interlayer bonding force of the paper, ensuring the forming stability and performance of special paper.
PVA 2488 Used For Adhesive Industry
PVA 2488 is the basic core raw material for the production of high-end water-based adhesives. With its high bonding strength, it has become a key ingredient in upgrading white emulsion adhesive, polyvinyl acetate lotion (PVAc), and other adhesives, and is suitable for heavy bonding and wet environment bonding applications.
High-end composite adhesive: high-end woodworking white latex, heavy-duty packaging adhesive, modified urea formaldehyde adhesive/phenolic adhesive. Adding them can significantly improve the adhesive strength, water resistance, and stability, making it suitable for scenarios such as wood splicing, heavy-duty cardboard box sealing, and board bonding.
High-end stationery adhesive: high-viscosity solid adhesive, moisture-resistant liquid adhesive, stronger adhesion, less prone to softening and peeling in humid environments, suitable for high-end stationery adhesive needs in offices and classrooms.

Water-based coatings: high-end water-based wood coatings, industrial water-based anti-rust coatings, water-based engineering machinery coatings, used as film-forming adhesives to enhance the adhesion, scratch resistance, and water resistance of paint films.
Water-based ink: high-end packaging ink for food, specialized ink for plastic film, and high-friction resistant ink for flexographic/gravure printing. As the core connecting material, it disperses pigment particles more evenly, improves ink drying speed and printing clarity, and is water- and friction-resistant after film formation.
