PVA 0499 is a low viscosity, fully hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol grade product with ultrafine leveling performance, low surface tension, and high biocompatibility, without residual impurities and irritating substances. It is specially formulated for high-precision coatings, pharmaceutical-grade materials, high-end papermaking and fine lotion systems.
Used for medicinal film and outer medicinal substrate
PVA 0499 has ultra-high purity, low impurity content, and excellent safety, making it an ideal choice for manufacturing pharmaceutical water-soluble films and pharmaceutical coating substrates. It forms a super-smooth, uniform, and flexible film layer with a stable dissolution rate and good biocompatibility. It will not react with the drug’s active ingredients, effectively preserving the drug’s stability and ensuring safe, hygienic, and reliable packaging and coating performance.
Used for water-soluble film
