PVA 0599 Application
PVA 0599 is a low viscosity, completely hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol product with high crystallinity, excellent film forming rigidity, excellent tensile strength and excellent water resistance. It is widely used in pharmaceutical materials, textile sizing and the lotion industry.
Used for medicinal film and outer medicinal substrate
It can form dense, uniform, and high-strength medicinal films with stable mechanical properties and controllable solubility. It is widely used in water-soluble drug films and external drug substrates, ensuring safe contact with drug components, stable molding quality, and excellent surface smoothness of drug formulations.
Used for textile warp yarn size
As a high-performance, fully hydrolyzed textile slurry, PVA 0599 forms a hard, tough, and wear-resistant protective film on the yarn surface. It significantly improves the tensile strength, wear resistance, and weaving efficiency of the yarn. It provides an excellent yarn-bundling effect, reduces yarn flying and breakage rates, and supports high-speed weaving production with simple cleaning and desizing.
Used for emulsifier and lotion stabilizer
It is an effective emulsifier and protective colloid for various water-based lotion systems. It has excellent surface activity and uniform particle encapsulation performance, effectively stabilizes monomer dispersion, and prevents lotion from layering and condensation. It improves the overall stability, mechanical strength and water resistance of the finished lotion film.
