PVA 100-70 Application
PVA 100-70 is a high viscosity, fully hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol grade with excellent water solubility, stable viscosity, good surface activity, and outstanding film-forming and adhesive properties. It features uniform molecular distribution and high system compatibility and is widely used in adhesives, construction materials, ceramics, stabilizers, textiles, papermaking, and PVAC emulsion polymerization industries.
Used for adhesive
PVA 100-70 serves as a core raw material for environmentally friendly water-based adhesives. It provides stable bonding strength, good leveling performance, and excellent film-forming ability. It is widely used in general-purpose water-based glues, compound adhesives, and daily bonding products, delivering transparent, flexible, and durable adhesive layers with stable long-term storage performance.
Used for textile Industry
It functions as a versatile textile sizing and finishing auxiliary. It forms uniform and flexible protective films on yarn surfaces to improve tensile strength and weaving efficiency. It features good permeability and easy desizing, without affecting subsequent dyeing and finishing processes. It also enhances fabric smoothness and dimensional stability for textile finishing.
Used for papermaking Industry
PVA 100-70 is applied as a paper surface sizing agent and coating binder. It improves paper surface strength, smoothness, and ink absorption uniformity, reduces linting and powder shedding, and significantly enhances printing performance and surface finishing quality of cultural paper and packaging paper.
Used for PVAC emulsion polymerization
It acts as an efficient protective colloid and stabilizer for vinyl acetate emulsion polymerization. It evenly encapsulates monomer particles, effectively preventing coagulation, flocculation, and sedimentation during reaction and storage. It stabilizes emulsion viscosity and particle-size uniformity, and improves the flexibility, toughness, and weather resistance of dried emulsion films.
Used for construction Industry
Used as a functional additive for building materials such as dry powder mortar, wall putty, and water-based architectural coatings. It offers excellent thickening, water retention, and anti-cracking effects. It improves construction smoothness, enhances base layer adhesion, and increases the compactness and durability of mortar and coating layers, effectively preventing peeling, powdering, and shrinkage cracks.
