PVA 098-05 is a low-viscosity, fully hydrolyzed PVA featuring high crystallinity, rigid film-forming performance, outstanding tensile strength, and superior water resistance. It has broad applications in pharmaceutical raw materials, textile warp sizing, and emulsion manufacturing sectors.
Used for medicinal film and outer medicinal substrate
It forms compact, homogeneous and high-strength medicinal films with steady mechanical performance and adjustable dissolution speed. Widely adopted for water-soluble oral drug films and external pharmaceutical base materials, it ensures safe compatibility with active pharmaceutical ingredients, stable forming quality, and an ultra-smooth surface for pharmaceutical preparations.
Used for textile warp yarn size
As a high-performance fully hydrolyzed sizing agent, PVA 098-05 creates hard, tough, and abrasion-proof protective coatings on yarn surfaces. It greatly boosts yarn tensile strength, friction resistance and overall weaving efficiency.
